Acceptance of Terms. By using https://generalcontractorwestville.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Basement Remodeling, Room Additions, Flooring Installation provided by Modern Edge Contracting LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Modern Edge Contracting LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Modern Edge Contracting LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Modern Edge Contracting LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Modern Edge Contracting LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Modern Edge Contracting LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Modern Edge Contracting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
